Teren Adams was everything Emma had ever wanted in a man—kind, caring, loyal, loving, and on occasion, a hopeless romantic. True, he was also a “little bit” vampire, and had recently joined the ranks of the undead, but to Emma, that wasn’t important. She was his, he was hers, and she couldn’t wait to be his wife, have his children, and stay by his side for as long as her mortal life would allow her to. At least…that was the plan.

"Thrilling, sexy and absolutely unforgettable! Adults needed an epic vampire love story and here it is!" Nic ~ Flirty and Dirty Book Blog
About the Author
S.C. Stephens is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author who enjoys spending every free moment she has creating stories that are packed with emotion and heavy on romance.
Her debut novel, Thoughtless, an angst-filled love triangle charged with insurmountable passion and the unforgettable Kellan Kyle, took the literary world by storm. Amazed and surprised by the response to the release of Thoughtless in 2009, more stories were quick to follow. Stephens has been writing nonstop ever since.
In addition to writing, Stephens enjoys spending lazy afternoons in the sun reading fabulous novels, loading up her iPod with writer's block reducing music, heading out to the movies, and spending quality time with her friends and family. She currently resides in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her two equally beautiful children.

True north.
By Sammie's Book Blog
First off a few tiny things annoyed me and i want to get those out. They really didn`t affect the story, just minorly annoying. I don`t think we needed all the details from the first book in the beginning of the book. We know her mother is plump and her sister is scarred, I don`t see why it is needed to be brought up every time they enter the room basically. And that is the thing that annoyed me slightly. Now on to the rest of the story. I LOVED it just as much as the first. The love these vampires have for each other is incredible. What Teren goes through for Emma and the babies amazes me, he is truly amazing. I`m happy they stopped him when they did or else he may never be the same Teren we love and know. Halina is probably my most favorite vampire, she is witty, and hilarious and I was secretly hoping she would end up with Hot Ben, lol. Hot Ben surprised me also, he was like the Xander( Buffy reference) of the group, I enjoyed Hot Ben more this book around. Emma I loved and what she all went through is crazy, I love her character, she is so strong. There were many twists and turns throughout this book and it was very entertaining.I loved the vamp sex and the pull they had towards each other, it was HOT! All in all it was pretty amazing. I honestly do not see what could be in a third book? I think it ended beautifully, so, I hope book 3 will not be ruined. I am excited to read that book also. This book ended how it should and I loved every minute. I laughed, cried, so many good feelings from this book. Now I think I need to go and re-read thoughtless, lol. Teren made me think of Kellan. Thank you for these amazing and enjoyable books, Shannon! XO.
Some quotes I loved:
“A sexy, baby daddy corpse. ”
“After they are born, I will drain you until you pass out, but not right now, okay? ”
“ I would say I love you too, but I think I`ve gone too far past that, so I`ll just say... ” “you make eternity something to look forward to. ”

Bloodlines (Conversion Book 2), Another Home Run by S C Stephens!
By Loraine Oliver
Bloodlines(Conversion, #2, starts right where book 1 ended. At the beginning Teren and Emma are getting ready for their wedding, and now that they are having twins, they want to get married asap, so their children carry their father's name.
This book was so good, I enjoyed it even more than the first one, if that is possible! This book is filled with love and laughter between Teren and Emma, and Teren's whole family; mom, dad, grandmother and great grandmother, and the love between Emma's mom and sister and herself, so even though things have been a little bit crazy, there is no doubt they all love each other and the new babies on the way are so much anticipated it is almost funny. Teren has expressed this so well in the following quote, "What he was really saying was that he would literally mourn me, miss me, and love me…for eternity. That he would never move on from me, would never marry another. I would always be his wife, no matter how many hundreds of years we were apart." The drawback being Emma is human, and will grow old and die.
Another good thing that happens to them: Hot Ben, although human has become Teren's friend forever and accepted him as he is, and does alot in the first book. and this one to protect Teren and his family. This makes Teren so happy as he has never had a friend like Ben, one that is there for him no matter what!
This book was so well written, and there is never a dull moment, and as the book progresses, the plot twists and turns and the angst it causes is off the charts as well as the danger.
Something happens to cause the whole world of this family to change and you will have to read it to find out what happened. I could not believe it and was so shook up from it that I was actually crying while I was reading it.
Another thing I loved about these books so far is that S C Stephens puts a different twist on her vampire series, and it is awesome and makes these books so distinctive. These are the kind of books you buy in paperback, so you can put them on your "best loved" bookshelf. She portrays this as a loving family of vampires, who choose not to feed off of humans, but yet the story has the other side of the coin represented just as well, all vampires are not goo, do not have any principles and care only about where their next meal is coming from, no matter how they have to get it or who they destroy.
This book ends in a positive way, and I can't wait to read the third and last book of the series, Til Death.
Step into the world of S C Stephens and her vampire series, you will be so glad you did!
I gave this book a 5*****Star rating. Thank you S C Stephens for writing such a wonderful series, but I did not expect anything less- after all she gave us all a massive book hangover when she gave us Kellan Kyle!!!

Entertaining second installment
By Misha
I am very much enjoying this series. The writing was strong (something I never have to worry about with S.C. Stephens), and the plot was fast paced and full of great twists and turns. Teren and Emma's romance continued to blossom and their love for each other grew even stronger. They are so passionate about each other, and it showed in their words and actions.
I just love Teren's family, from his sweet, understanding mother to this feisty, overprotective grandmother. He really asserted himself and took control in this book and that was great to see, even though he did go over the deep end for a little while. He was a man on a mission and I did love that. There were some moments that my heart really went out to him, and I was so happy with the way things worked out with Hot Ben (I still chuckle every time Emma refers to him that way).
I found Emma to be more open and understanding in this book, and I was pleased with how she also stood up to Teren's family when it was merited. I like the direction Stephens decided to go with her character. It gave this book a different feel that I truly enjoyed. I was laughing and smiling at the special bond that Emma and Teren now have and the awkwardness that it caused. That was an interesting new plot point.
Overall, this second installment had healthy doses of laughs, action, and steam that made it a great read.
