Last night I have read this book.After reading this book I would like to say that this book is really nice. The 30 day plan is great! It gives us a better understanding about ourselves.This book will help you realize what emotional intelligence is and how does it affects an individual.You can get lot of information, and each day/strategy is further explained in detail. Emotional Intelligence is important to have, so you can fit in with society, I personally have always had issues at work dealing with other people, which is why this book was such a great read for me.I really enjoy the 30 day approach provided by Smart within this book.
Again It will give you better insight and control over your actions and emotions. In this book you will have a better understanding of emotions and will experience a positive impact on your professional and personal lives.Take back your control over your life.be happy forever.thanks....

First impressions: Frustrating to Read

I am not past the second chapter of this kindle edition because the basic grammatical errors are distracting the reading flow. The author uses case examples without citing sources. This may seem like I'm nitpicking, but I'm of the trust but verify school of thought. If you're claiming the Government Accounting Office did a presentation on EQ how hard is it to give the title of the report so your readers can check it out later? I will update this review as I progress throught the book to see if it's worthwhile to power through the early annoyances.

This kindle book is full of typos and grammatical errors. Hard to believe it has all five star reviews. I'm calling Amazon to get a refund.
